With years of experience in the slow fashion industry and countless weekends trading at some of South Africa’s most-loved markets, Hip & Happy has built a reputation for creating timeless, versatile, and body-loving pieces. But in all our time connecting with real women face-to-face, we noticed something: there’s a huge gap in the market for maternity wear that is not only functional and affordable, but also truly beautiful and feminine.
That’s why we created Hip & Happy Mums-To-Be. Every piece is handmade in our small Johannesburg workshop, designed by women, made by women, for women, because we understand the journey, and the joy of motherhood.
